First, you need to find a bonus which is in always in the shape of a star hidden somewhere in the room. Second, you need to solve a puzzle which is always a number that you enter in a tablet.
Finally, you have to find a key in order to leave the room. It should be noted that you don't really need to do the first two things but if you solve the puzzle and find the bonus, then you will receive stars which allow you to get the most out of the game.
My one problem with this game is that you can only play for a certain amount of time before the game forces you to stop and wait. I hate when games do this. This is nothing more then another annoying ploy to get you spend real world money.

My problem started when I skipped the tutorial because I thought I knew what I was doing. It took me a while to realize I needed to go back and complete it to earn jewels to buy keys so I could go to another level. There I found out you get 1 key after 60 minutes, which is a long time to wait if you are stuck. This is the only part of the game I don't care for.
I'm used to the other room and escape games where you work your way through and don't have to wait for time to run out so you can earn a key to open the next level.
Overall a good game but you should be able to use your coins to buy keys also This extra step seems pointless and it's just another way for them to make money you can buy keys as opposed to just waiting for your next key.
A positive addition, though, is this game includes a notepad you can jot notes on - you can use your own handwriting which is great to remember symbols! The original doors and rooms had a wider variety of stages and themes and it was clearly more about solving the puzzles, this 2nd version is still fun, entertaining, and mentally challenging! Awesome graphics. One of the best escape games I have played.
You can't play for long because you use accumulated keys to enter each room, you start with 5 keys, then just as you are hooked on the game you are out of keys and had be to purchase keys.
